Malora is responsible for developing strategic plans for growth, overseeing customer service and directing sales development globally. She is responsible for developing meaningful long-term relationships with Core Travel Technologies' broad range of clients and partners.
With an extensive background in the Travel, Hospitality and Technology Industries, Malora has a keen sense of what is required to support agency operations, identify and develop agency efficiencies and provide a solution driven support model for all parties. Core’s goal is to ensure maximum value for our agency partners and to deliver best in class support across the markets we serve.
As General Manager and VP of Sales she leads a talented and experienced team of developers focused on delivering solutions to our wide base of clients.
Dianne has been a key member of the Core Travel Technologies team with years of experience working with Compleat and has an extensive Travel Industry background including both travel retail and travel technology.
As Operations Manager, Dianne oversees our team of programmers and has been directly involved in all of Core’s New Customer Implementations. As a result, her expertise in managing our existing and new customers is next to none. Through Dianne’s years at Core Travel Technologies, some of the key areas she has been deeply involved with include hands on programming in Compleat, GDS conversion support, mergers and franchise changes, as well as providing agency consultation to review work processes and improve agency productivity.
